We perform two recitals per year (December and June), with each class having a chance to star in the spotlight of each show.
Other performance opportunities include the DeKalb Corn Fest, Sycamore Pumpkin Parade and special dance trips that have included Chicago, Disneyland, a Royal Caribbean Cruise and New York’s Carnegie Hall in July 2013.
There are many dance companies in the DeKalb/Sycamore area, but only one

Our classes stress learning the proper dance technique and showmanship, but above all, StudioM is a place for students to express themselves through dance in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.
